Performance Pathway

What

Not soccer drills, not a casual fitness class. Sessions run in a safe, coached gym environment built to help athletes move better, get stronger, and stay durable through the season.

Why

Complements on-field training. Reduces breakdowns, increases output, and helps players show up to training and matches physically prepared. Aligned with PoCo FC's Canadian National Youth Charter Licence.

Who

PoCo FC players ready to take athletic development to the next level outside team sessions. Focused on strength, speed, power, mobility, conditioning, and injury resilience.

Performance Path · 8–12 yrs

Tuesdays & Thursdays · 7:00–7:45 pm

$160 + GST · 4-week block

A safe, coached gym environment for young athletes ready to take development seriously. Built around movement quality first, then progressive strength, speed, and power. Complements team training; never replaces it.

$80 + GST · 4-week block

Strength, speed, power, mobility, conditioning, and injury resilience for high-school athletes. Programmed for in-season durability and off-season development. Run in partnership with PoCo FC.

Kids Club · Foundations

A fun, high-energy general fitness class for kids 8–12 who want to move, play, and get stronger — without the pressure of competitive sport training. Built for families looking for a positive, active environment where kids build confidence and healthy habits.

What to expect

  • • Improvements in coordination, balance, strength, fitness
  • • A supportive setting that builds confidence and teamwork

A fun, high-energy general fitness class for kids who want to move, play and get stronger — no competitive-sport pressure. Game-based sessions teaching running, jumping, landing, balancing, throwing and body control.
