Fit4Life is an Official HYROX Training Club. Every block is paced, scaled and sharpened the way race day demands — 8 km of running paired with 8 functional stations: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, row, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls. Whether you're chasing a podium or your first finish line, we put you on the floor with people who race.
