Youth Programs

Two youth tracks under one roof. Performance Path develops young athletes (8–12 and 13–17) through movement quality, progressive strength, speed and power — complementing team training. Kids Club Foundations is a fun, game-based fitness class for 8–12s who just want to move, play and get stronger. Run in partnership with PoCo FC.
